Brent Bissell is a long time direct marketer specializing in strategic marketing planning, loyalty campaigns, direct marketing training; program assessment, predictive modeling and file analysis, profitability factoring and creative strategies. He was a Communication Major at the University of Toledo and a Guest Professor at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business, Wayne State. Mr. Bissell was a contributing author to the Direct Marketing Handbook 2nd Edition, Published by McGraw-Hill and has had many articles published in the US and UK. He is a board member and educator on behalf of the Direct Marketing Association. And he has been listed in five separate editions of Marquis “Who’s Who.”
